Job Title: Engineer Location(s): Irving, TX Targeted Years of Experience: 3-5 years Responsibilities: Creation of RFDS for new builds and modifications. Creation of CQ and associated RF Parameters. Partnering with the RF Engineering team as needed for evaluation of new builds or modifications. Optimization of existing and proposed RF network. Working with the performance team to understand areas and developed solutions. Traffic evaluation for capacity MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): Atoll proficiency - Must be proficient in Atoll. Knowledge of RF Systems, antennas, hardware vendors and integration methods. Experience with FCC rules relating to EME, frequency borders, and power. Experience with RFDS creation. DESIRED SKILLS: RFDS creation experience. Working with a team environment with multiple tasks occurring simultaneously. Experience with macro, small cell and capacity design. Experience with Excel and similar. EDUCATION: Degree or equilivant work experience.
