Primary Function of Organizational Unit
Founded in 1961, The ECU Pirate Club is the fundraising arm of East Carolina University's Division I Athletics Program. With the help of our members, we provide critical support to all ECU student athletes. The Pirate Club represents the highest principles of honesty and integrity. By conducting annual fund, endowment , and capital campaigns in support of student-athlete scholarships, athletic facility enhancements, and other programmatic needs, the Pirate Club seeks to bring positive recognition to East Carolina University and the region is serves through a competitive athletics program.
Job Duties
The temporary Game Day Assistants play a vital role in the success of the game day Pirate Club Hospitality program. The Game Day Assistants are charged with maintaining the operational policies in place for all premium seating areas. The Game Day Assistants will control access to the space, answer guest questions, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

* Provide customer service
* Act as game day ambassadors for the ECU Athletics Department
* Ensure all game day policies and procedures are being upheld
* Monitor entry gates, review tickets, and be aware of access control protocols
* Serve as a people movement monitor
* Perform all pre, during, and post-game premium hospitality duties
* Serve as the in-game main point of contact for premium hospitality areas
* Other duties as assigned
Minimum Education/Experience
High school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.
License or Certification Required by Statute or Regulation
Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education
License or Certification Required by the Department
