In this role, you will be a key partner to managers and teammates, providing guidance and support across a wide range of HR functions. Responsibilities: Teammate Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for teammates and managers within the Technology organizations for HR-related questions and concerns, providing timely and accurate information on policies, procedures, and programs. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Create and maintain manual reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover, headcount, diversity, and performance management. Talent Management: Support talent management processes, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and teammate development initiatives. Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for teammate, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency. Project Support: Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed. Business Acumen: Proactively learn and understand the business operations of the Technology organizations to provide relevant and effective HR support. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role. Strong data analysis skills: Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data. Experience with Excel or other data analysis tools is required. Experience with creating and maintaining manual reports. Solid understanding of talent management processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities. Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) is a plus. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $71,800.00-$91,300.00 per year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
