We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented People Services Generalist to join our team and provide dedicated HR support to our Technology organizations. In this role, you will be a key partner to managers and teammates, providing guidance and support across a wide range of HR functions. Responsibilities:

  • Teammate Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for teammates and managers within the Technology organizations for HR-related questions and concerns, providing timely and accurate information on policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Create and maintain manual reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover, headcount, diversity, and performance management.
  • Talent Management: Support talent management processes, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and teammate development initiatives.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for teammate, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
  • Project Support: Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Business Acumen: Proactively learn and understand the business operations of the Technology organizations to provide relevant and effective HR support.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.
  • Strong data analysis skills: Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data. Experience with Excel or other data analysis tools is required.
  • Experience with creating and maintaining manual reports.
  • Solid understanding of talent management processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting Technology or Product organizations
  • Experience with Workday
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

The Salary Range for the role is $71,800.00-$91,300.00 per year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
