The Position:

  • This role involves overseeing, directing and executing structural engineering designs and permitting efforts for a range of commercial and industrial sector projects.

The Location:

Position is remote with travel up to 30% of the year visiting our Waukesha office and sites.

The Candidate:

  • Requirements:

    • 8+ years of experience with structural concrete, steel and retaining structure rehabilitation design.
    • Professional Engineering licensure.
    • Proficiency in industry standard structural analysis and building code analysis.
    • Deep understanding of building construction techniques and experience with structural framing systems.
    • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, external partners, and multiple complex projects simultaneously.
    • Understanding of business objectives, financial management and market dynamics.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Build and mentor team of high performing technical people.
