Are you organized, personable, and ready to support a fast-paced office environment? Staffmark is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join a growing team and assist with administrative and front desk duties.

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Greet and check in visitors, issue badges, and maintain logs
  • Answer and route incoming calls
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, mail distribution, and transportation arrangements
  • Provide PPE and GMP policy information to visitors
  • Escort contractors and guests as needed
  • Assist with general administrative and clerical support



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-1 year of office, reception, or administrative experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with GMP or workplace safety is a plus
