About the role:
Are you passionate about driving innovation at the intersection of people and technology? Boston Scientific is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives within Human Resources. This role will focus on implementing emerging technologies-including artificial intelligence-to enhance the employee experience, optimize HR operations, and support our evolving talent strategies.

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Your responsibilities will include:
* Lead the planning and execution of HR projects that span multiple functions and geographies, with a strong focus on technology and AI integration
* Estimate project scope, effort, and resource needs using standard tools and methodologies
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
* Drive execution by assigning tasks, tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies
* Ensure quality and compliance by applying standard development and testing methodologies
* Communicate project status and outcomes to stakeholders through regular updates and reports
* Resolve project challenges by collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of project management best practices
* Stay current with industry trends by participating in professional development and external project management communities

Required qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex projects
* Proven track record of implementing projects involving AI or advanced technology solutions
* Minimum of 5 years hands on experience with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting

Preferred qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional HR initiatives
* Strong ability to influence and lead without formal authority
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Familiarity with Boston Scientific systems and culture

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
