Your role

As a Regional Sales Director, your mission is to coach and encourage the development of your sales team. You will evaluate sales channel performance, offering honest and constructive feedback, and execution of course correction. You will shape our customer satisfaction, produce sustainable and profitable growth.. You will report to the VP of Sales.

You have 5+years of experience, working as a Regional Sales Manager/Director.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT/Computer Science, Communications, or related field.
  • Sales Experience: Relevant sales experience (e.g. territory growth, account management or business development) with consistent KPI's preferred.
  • People Management: Direct experience managing teams consisting of 6-8 members in a multi-state territory.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong mechanical and technical understanding required to engage with customers effectively.
  • Travel-Ready: Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned region, including both domestic and international trips to support sales meetings, client engagement, and business forecasting activities; overnight travel may also be required based on business needs.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong communication skills with experience in product demonstrations a plus.
