About the role:

As Project Manager OEM Care R&D PMO, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and technically sound product development projects that support Electrolux's North American business strategy. You'll be part of the Care R&D team, driving projects from concept to launch with precision, agility, and entrepreneurial spirit.

This role is about more than managing timelines-it's about inspiring collaboration across diverse teams, navigating challenges with creativity, and ensuring every project meets its goals in cost, quality, and time. What you'll do:

As Project Manager OEM Care R&D PMO NA, you will be responsible for leading projects through every phase of development, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and technical excellence.

In detail, you will:

  • Lead the OA phase of project planning and drive projects to DS, supporting NA business needs.

  • Collaborate with platform and technical leaders to define project scope and initiate TOA.

  • Manage projects from DS to SOP, fostering a collaborative, cross-functional mindset.

  • Support product line functions in organizing and executing the NA generation plan.

  • Forecast and plan for regional regulatory and compliance requirements.

  • Establish, track, and report project plans using tools like PPM and EPM.

  • Coordinate with global functions, suppliers, and internal departments to meet deliverables.

  • Drive a culture of agility, energy, openness, and growth within project teams.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with capex targets.

  • Document project plans in OneList to support portfolio reviews with platform leaders.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, science, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in R&D roles with increasing leadership responsibility.

  • Proven track record in leading and delivering technical projects.

  • Skilled in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, IPDP).

  • Strong understanding of product development and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work independently and lead diverse teams.

You will be based in our Charlotte Tech Center office, collaborating with global teams and occasionally traveling as needed to support project activities.
