As an Events Partner on the Bay Area Site Experience Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping an exceptional, engaging environment for employees through innovative event programming and site transformation initiatives. This dynamic position goes beyond traditional event planning. You'll have the opportunity to strategically design and execute a diverse range of internal events, manage partnerships with top-tier vendors, and build a long-term roadmap to redefine how our corporate space is utilized. The OpportunityAs part of the Site Services Team in the Bay Area, the Events Partner is responsible for strategically leading internal events, external events and site experience programs to ensure exceptional engagement and satisfaction for employees, customers and visitors. This individual develops objectives and strategies for the overall effectiveness and execution of engagements. The role also manages and executes projects intended to maximize company exposure and user engagement such as campus tours and the innovation showcase areas. The Events Partner will determine event participation scope and develop a calendar of events. This individual works with internal/external resources to obtain needed materials and services. The Events Partner will direct event planning programs including production, lead contract negotiations and manage relationships with outside vendors. This individual will also build the long-term roadmap to elevate our corporate space for expanded event use. Responsibilities

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $75,700.00 - $140,500.00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
