The Position

As an Events Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of delivering seamless, engaging events that bring employees together and foster a thriving workplace culture. Working closely with the Events Partner, you'll make ideas come to life by managing every detail-from coordinating schedules and logistics to overseeing vendor partnerships and employee communications. The Opportunity

The Events Coordinator supports the execution of all internal events and site experiences, ensuring that logistics are seamless and employee experiences are memorable. This role will work closely with the Events Partner to bring programs to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and executing events, from scheduling and room booking to setup, takedown, and on-site coordination.

  • Coordinate with catering vendors and facilities to ensure high-quality food and beverage experiences across internal events and cafes.

  • Support the logistics for the Employee Summer Camp program in partnership with camp partnerships.

  • Maintain an inventory of supplies, event materials, and signage.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee hobby clubs, helping coordinate space, logistics, and communications.

  • Assist with creating and updating internal site experience communications.

  • Collect employee feedback and participation data post-events.

  • Manage registration platforms, RSVPs, and attendee tracking.

Who you are

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or corporate programming.

  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong multitasking abilities.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Friendly, professional presence; enjoys engaging with employees and vendors.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $50,800 - $94,400 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
