Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch) Job Responsibilities: -Will correspond with clients regarding orders and status updates -Enter in orders that come through via telephone, email, or the website -Correspondences will be 95% via email and 5% telephonic -Update clients around lead times -Inform clients of delays or back orders -Will occasionally take orders from customers -Work with production team to communicate updates *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Must Haves: -Bilingual in Spanish (written and verbal) -Prior customer service experience (includes retail) Bonus to Have: -Prior experience within logistics/shipping/receiving *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
