Main Duties & Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

Prepares, reviews, and submits quotations and bid packages in response to customer requests for proposals (RFPs) and new opportunity inquiries.
Reviews, interprets, and administers all contractual data, commercial terms and conditions, including FAR/DFAR/NFARS requirements, with an emphasis on quotation compliance and pricing accuracy.
Develops and maintains standardized quotation templates, pricing tools, and bid tracking logs.
Collaborates with internal teams to gather cost data and prepare competitive bid packages aligned with company guidelines.
Interfaces directly with customers and all levels of Division management as well as corporate legal to clarify requirements and finalize quotations.
Evaluates risks, indemnities, and liabilities associated with package contracts and proposals, providing findings and recommendations to Management.
Reviews, drafts, and negotiates nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and package contracts.
Conducts pricing and terms negotiations in accordance with Management guidelines.
Ensures timely turnaround of all quotations and bid submissions to meet customer deadlines and maximize win rates.
Inputs and maintains all quotation records, new orders/projects, and contract changes in the computerized order/project entry system.
Maintains custody of all contractual and quotation documents.
Interprets contractual terms and conditions and provides guidance to functional departments and Division management on contractual rights, obligations, and commitments.
Tracks contract and quotation performance and follows up on open bids and pending proposals.
Assists with complaints, orders, technical questions, and other customer queries related to quotations and contracts.
Prepares and analyzes bid data using advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI tools, providing clear summaries and actionable insights for Management.

This role is required to be on-site 5 days at the City of Industry, CA location.


Qualifications

Required Education and
Experience
Minimum of two years of experience
in the administration of commercial contracts and quotation preparation.
Preferred Education and
Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration, Finance, or related discipline preferred.

Compensation

In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $52,000-$62,000.

Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses. Further details will be provided by our recruiting team during the interview process.
