Position Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting and executing key programs and strategies that drive organizational growth, employee engagement, and performance, along side Sr. Director Org Development. The role will assess organizational needs and implement core talent management processes such as succession planning, performance management, and leadership development. The position will contribute to the development and refinement of tools, processes and structures that optimize organizational effectiveness, enhance our organizational structure, and lead and manage change.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Talent & People Planning:Own and continuously improve enterprise talent management processes, including succession planning, leadership bench strength, and organizational capability assessments.Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to identify capability gaps and create strategies that develop, retain, and grow internal talent.Ensure alignment and integration of people planning with performance management, career development, and organizational design initiatives.
- Performance & Career Development:Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and talent reviews, with a focus on building a high-performance culture.Partner with leaders to strengthen employee engagement and retention through career pathing, development plans, and capability-building programs.Support continuous improvement of performance systems, tools, and practices.
- Change & Organizational Effectiveness: Support the implementation of the company's change management framework, building leader and HR capability to drive transformation.Collaborate with L&D, PMO, and HR colleagues to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, structures, and systems.Apply organizational design methodologies to assess and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Culture & Engagement: Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the company's Employee Value Proposition and culture initiatives to increase engagement, motivation, and retention.Partner with leaders to implement strategies that strengthen the employee experience and organizational alignment.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or HR with a focus on leadership and capability development.
- Proven track record of implementing and owning successful organizational development initiatives, including change management and performance programs.
- Experience with data analysis, employee engagement surveys, program evaluation and HRIS system ownership.
- Ability to influence, teach and guide HR partners and cross-functional partners to lead change in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Demonstrates ability to develop and implement forward-thinking strategies that address both current and future talent needs.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a strong executive presence and the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- Demonstrates strong technology acumen with the ability to manage systems as an owner of the various SAP modules, with the support of HRIS team.
- Leverages system knowledge to identify root causes, implement solutions, and continuously improve user experience.
- Comfortable navigating complex platforms and acting as a go-to resource for system-related challenges.
- A creative, strategic, and analytical thinker with a persuasive leadership style and a proven track record of effective cross-functional collaboration.

- Salary Base Range of$127,062.00-$166,769.40*
