Salesforce Administrator - Fortis Healthcare Solutions Job Summary:
As our Salesforce Administrator, you will be the go-to expert for managing, optimizing, and supporting our Salesforce environment to help our recruiters, compliance team, and sales leaders operate at peak efficiency. You'll handle day-to-day platform administration, improve workflows, maintain data integrity, and partner with teams across the company to ensure Salesforce is a powerful, user-friendly tool that supports our healthcare staffing operations. Responsibilities:
Manage user setup, permissions, roles, and security settings.
Create and maintain custom fields, page layouts, record types, dashboards, and reports.
Build and optimize flows, approval processes, and automation to streamline operations.
Maintain data quality through regular audits, deduplication, and system cleanup.
Provide ongoing support and training for Salesforce users across multiple departments.
Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Assist with integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and recommend new features to enhance productivity.
Skills:
Strong understanding of Salesforce administration best practices.
Proficient in building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and automation tools.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical users.
Qualifications:
Salesforce Administrator certification required.
2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (healthcare staffing or recruiting industry experience is a plus).
Familiarity with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Data Loader.
Experience with user support and training.
