Job Summary
Provides general HR support to all employees within the organization. Supports other members of the HR and management team as needed.
Essential Functions
- Provide assistance to HR teams, managers and employees across the organization.
- Assist candidates and new hires with travel arrangements including booking travel and processing travel expense reimbursements for payment.
- Review and process all purchase orders, purchase requisitions, invoices and credit card requests through the appropriate systems.
- Administer the employee recognition programs including annual service awards and new hire gift programs including verification of eligibility, tracking and paying invoices.
- Assist with maintenance of company and HR intranet pages and electronic message boards.
- Oversee employee immigration process with vendor, serving as main point of contact and coordinating with the HRBP for the employee.
- Plan and execute company-wide employee events led by the Human Resources team.
- Create and maintain accurate and up to date personnel files including files of separated employees.
- Serve as main point of contact for company ID/security badges including new employees, replacement ID cards and disabling building access for separated employees.
- Assist with HR reporting needs which may include running reports from Workday and or conducting analysis and creating custom reporting.
- Manage the HR email inbox and distribute messages as appropriate.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience required.
- Experience with SharePoint administration/maintenance preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong computer skills, experience with HRIS/HCM systems preferred.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in data entry work.
- Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite.
- Grammar and language skills sufficient to draft employee communications.
