Your Impact

As a Project Manager supporting the SVP of Global Specialists, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and executing critical business programs and projects across the global sales organization.

You will work closely with executive leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of initiatives that shape Cisco's sales strategies and drive revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to influence decision-making, streamline processes, and make a tangible impact on Cisco's business.

  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects and programs aligned with sales strategy and priorities.
  • Drive planning, execution, and reporting of key initiatives, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Partner with sales leaders and teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and communications for senior leadership.
  • Monitor project risks and issues, proactively proposing solutions to maintain momentum and deliver results.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a sales or technology environment.
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to support business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive leadership.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • PMP or similar project management certification.
