Join our dynamic team as an Insurance Claims & AR Specialist, where your expertise will help streamline claims processing and improve patient outcomes. What You'll Do * Prepare and process various insurance claims, verifying data with agencies daily. * Create and submit electronic claims to multiple payers with accuracy and efficiency. * Investigate and correct error claims, ensuring timely resubmission. * Review accounts receivable (AR) reports daily and follow up on delinquent accounts. * Respond to inquiries from payers/agencies regarding AR activity. * Maintain and develop AR tracking schedules to monitor issues and resolutions. * Resolve customer requests, inquiries, and concerns with professionalism and care. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
