JOB SUMMARY:

This position will be teaching ASCI 4450 - Aviation Law. This is a 3 credit course.

The course covers basic principles of law which impinge on the use of the air; history of air law; principles and rules governing use of air space by aircraft;

multilateral conventions pertaining to the use of air space among

nations; aviation security procedures; product liability.

Minimum Requirement: BS in Aviation Science or related field.
