Coke Florida is searching for a Director, Talent Acquisition and Corporate HR to work out of our Tampa HQ, working Monday-Friday.
Position Summary
The Corporate HR & Talent Acquisition Director serves as a leader within the Human Resources function, responsible for shaping and executing enterprise-wide people strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent. This role oversees both strategic HR initiatives and the full Talent Acquisition lifecycle to support organizational growth, culture, and operational excellence.
The Director partners closely with leadership to align workforce plans with business objectives, champion a high-performance culture, and ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Partner with senior executives to define, develop, and implement HR and talent strategies that align with business goals.
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design to ensure the right talent is in place to meet future needs.
- Drive a culture of inclusion, engagement, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Lead the corporate Talent Acquisition strategy, ensuring efficient, scalable, and inclusive hiring practices across all functions and levels.
- Oversee TA programs, pipelines, and partnerships to build a diverse and high-quality talent pool.
- Enhance the employer brand through targeted recruitment marketing and positive candidate experience initiatives.
- Develop and track key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI of TA programs.
HR Leadership & Operations
- Provide strategic oversight for HR policies, programs, and practices, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and other HR functions on total rewards, performance management, employee relations, and learning & development initiatives.
- Guide change management efforts for organizational initiatives and transformations.
Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR and TA team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
- Set clear objectives and performance measures for the team to deliver against organizational priorities.
For this Role, You will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role overseeing both HR and Talent Acquisition functions.
- Proven track record in developing and executing HR strategies in complex, multi-location, or high-growth organizations.
- Experience leading large-scale recruitment initiatives and employer brand strategies
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into effective people strategies.
- Deep understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and TA technology platforms. Dayforce experience preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Ability to influence at all levels and manage through change.
- Customed to working in a fast-paced environment with occasional travel for recruitment events, site visits, and leadership meetings.
