Who we are and what we do: The Enterprise Business Analyst (EBA) is a seasoned professional responsible for managing their own portfolio of projects. In this role, they will align business objectives with technology solutions to drive successful project outcomes, make suggestions to Agency Business Domain senior management on how to streamline business processes, and oversee the development of strong business requirements that may be used in competitive procurements for business solutions. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to mentor and develop business analysts, and the expertise to deliver business analysis expertise to complex projects from initiation to completion. The EBA reports to the STS Director (Business Analysis (BA) Director) and will work closely with them to evaluate projects, evaluate project risks, provide guidance, and help coordinate overall business analyst efforts of the Enterprise team.
