As anExecutive Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our Site Director and leadership team, helping keep operations running smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

  • Manage calendars, travel, meetings, and logistics for the Site Director and leadership team.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and materials with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate and support special projects-think presentations, reports, strategic plans, and data analysis.
  • Help maintain and update our SharePoint site and assist with reporting tasks.
  • Support multiple ongoing activities, working independently or as part of a team.
  • Keep things organized-maintain filing systems, track deadlines, and follow up on action items.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance to junior administrative staff when needed.
  • Stay curious-pursue opportunities to grow your skills and knowledge.

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting multiple professionals in a fast-paced office environment.
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • U.S. Person status per ITAR regulations.
