As Engineering Manager, you'll lead a talented engineering team to design, develop, and improve products that keep our customers ahead of the curve. Your leadership will shape our product portfolio, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and drive operational excellence. What you'll do: Manage a team of Engineers dedicated to production engineering. This includes staff responsibility as well as responsibility to release designs into the system on a timely basis for production. Close collaboration with New Product Development engineering, including define, design, develop and test new and existing products. Create new products as well as improve existing products using 3D CAD software for parts, assemblies and all technical drawings as needed to build the product. Implement new technology and ideas into product and systems to remain competitive as well as reduce manufacturing cost. Analyze, evaluate and continuously improves product, process efficiencies, etc., including analyzing statistics and defining KPIs. Build strong relationships with customers, Sales, Operations resulting in high quality product, customer experience success, and increased sales growth. Work within a team environment, building relationships with internal customers such as Regional Sales Managers, Purchasing, Operations, etc. to troubleshooting and provide technical information. What you need to be successful: BS in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field 7+ years of applicable experience in engineering management Proficient computer skills including 3D design software (Creo preferred), ERP systems (Epicor or SAP preferred), Windchill and Microsoft Office Supervisory experience with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Excellent planning and organizational skills and proficient with continuous improvement programs Why Join Us?
