Director, Revenue Growth Management (RGM)

The Director, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) leads the development and execution of pricing, promotion, and portfolio strategies that drive sustainable, profitable growth across our portfolio of snack brands. This role acts as a bridge between strategic leadership and execution teams, translating high level revenue objectives into actionable plans. Partnering closely with Sales, Commercial Finance, Marketing, Category Management, and Supply Chain, the Director ensures our pricing and trade strategies are competitive, data driven, and aligned with brand and financial goals.

The Director manages a team of RGM managers/analysts, drives cross functional alignment, and ensures disciplined execution of revenue growth initiatives across customers and channels.

*This position is a remote opportunity with up to 10% travel as needed.

What You'll Own



  • Develop pricing and promotion frameworks that balance volume growth, margin improvement, and market competitiveness.
  • Translate company revenue objectives into channel and customer specific plans.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure price pack architecture and pricing strategy implemented in customer plans and executed accordingly.
  • Oversee analysis of pricing and promotional performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Sales teams to ensure full and complete understanding of TPM systems and business impact.
  • Partner with Finance and Sales to establish trade spend strategies, guardrails, and ROI targets.
  • Ensure trade investment delivers optimal return by refining tactics based on post event analytics.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure demand plans and inventory allocations align with promotional calendars.
  • Guide development and use of dashboards, reports, and models for revenue decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in TPM/TPO systems (e.g., SAP, Blacksmith, UpClear)
  • Leverage syndicated and internal data sources (e.g., Nielsen, Circana) to inform strategy.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of RGM managers and/or analysts.
  • Build RGM capabilities across the organization by training cross-functional teams on tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of analytical rigor, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


What You Bring



  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in revenue growth management, trade marketing, pricing strategy, sales finance, or related discipline within CPG.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing pricing and trade strategies.
  • Experience managing TPM/TPO systems and working with syndicated data.
  • Prior experience managing and developing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions.
  • Solid understanding of price pack architecture, promotional strategy, trade investment optimization, and Sales function.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence without direct authority.
  • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
