Job Description What is the opportunity? As a Manager of Copywriting, you'll help inspire and elevate a team of writers to bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. You will blend high-level vision with hands-on execution-defining the tone, messaging, and storytelling that resonates with our audiences while ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across digital, product, and marketing experiences As part of our fast-paced, growing marketing organization our ideal candidate will be energetic, a self-starter, and possess a detailed focus that will support the marketing organization. This person will create and design standards and procedures for team, act as an advisor to their copywriting team regarding projects, tasks and operations and partner with many cross-functional teams to define and/or improve content processes and systems. The expected salary range for this particular position is $89,000-$125,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
