Coke Florida is looking for an Internal Communications Manager to work out of our Tampa HQ location, Monday - Friday.
What You Will Do:
The Internal Communications Manager is responsible for planning, creating and delivering content that keeps employees informed, engaged and aligned with Coke Florida's vision and strategic goals. This role supports company-wide initiatives and ensures consistent messaging across multiple internal channels.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and distribute internal communications, including email announcements, intranet articles, digital signage, newsletters and Viva Engage posts.
- Develop and manage HR-related communications including employee engagement campaigns (recognition programs, cultural awareness activities) as well as core HR communications such as benefit updates, policy changes and open enrollment.
- Support multiple cross-functional and high-impact internal communications projects and campaigns that support key business initiatives.
- Support change management communications plans for various departments.
- Work with communications colleagues to develop engaging graphics and multimedia content.
- Coordinate with HR, IT and other departments to gather content and ensure communications are timely and accurate.
- Support monthly business updates and other leadership communications.
- Assist with planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
- Partner closely with the broader communications team to align messaging and amplify initiatives.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications.
For this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in internal/corporate communications.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, concise messaging.
- Experience managing internal communications channels such as intranet, email platforms, Viva Engage/Yammer, and digital signage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; basic graphic design skills are a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to identifying process improvements related to internal communications.
