Overview: We are hiring multiple Data Center Technicians to support a large-scale infrastructure buildout in Richmond, VA. This is an exclusive opportunity to work on a major data center project, with openings for both entry-level and mid-level technicians. Key Responsibilities: Assist with running, terminating, and installing IT cabling (Cat5, Cat6, Coaxial, Fiber Optics) Install grounding for server racks and equipment (heavy Cisco environment) Perform fire-stopping procedures and install sleeves on low-voltage devices Terminate low-voltage devices and IT hardware (cameras, servers, switches) Follow blueprints and technical drawings with precision Accurately complete all required documentation (timesheets, work orders, etc.) Adhere to safety standards and quality regulations Support electronic security installations and infrastructure buildouts Qualifications: Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player Comfortable working with hands and using basic hand/power tools Willing to work flexible hours and adapt to changing site conditions Comfortable working at heights and in construction environments Able to wear required PPE (steel toe boots, vest, hard hat, goggles, gloves) Why Join Us?
