  • Contribute to interaction models for AI-native experiences such as:
  • Conversational interfaces and AI copilots (e.g., ops agents, FinOps Q&A assistants)
  • RAG-based assistants and vector search interfaces
  • Model monitoring and fine-tuning workflow
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with engineering sprints.
  • Conduct usability testing and user feedback sessions with internal stakeholders and pilot customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in enterprise SaaS design, data visualization, and AI-driven UX.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualification:
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and interface design for complex systems (dashboards, admin consoles, cloud platforms, etc.).
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools including Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Familiarity with design systems, atomic design principles, and front-end collaboration tools (Storybook, Zeplin, etc.).
  • Experience designing for at least one of the following domains is highly preferred:
    • AIOps (monitoring, CMDB, intelligent automation)
    • FinOps (cost analytics, budgeting, showback/chargeback workflows)
    • Cloud-native platforms (Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, microservice management)
    • AI/LLM applications (model deployment UI, prompt-based interactions, LangChain/Dify workflows)
  • Ability to understand technical concepts such as logs/metrics, GPU utilization, infrastructure blueprints, or API tokens, and translate them into usable interfaces.
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with product managers, engineers, and domain experts.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design for web-based applications.
