Overview

TheSales Enablement,SeniorAssociatecontributes to the local business pursuit strategy in the development and execution of sales enablement activities. This role provides strategic advice where required and helps to refine and improve materialsand processes.

Responsibilities

  • Execute proposal strategyby producing customized, high-quality pitches, proposals, RFP responses and client/prospect presentations for new business pursuits and renewals
  • Create and maintain pursuit databasesand perform data analysis to provide actionable insights and executive summaries for potential clients and target industries
  • Research and developthe company's unique selling propositions and competitive differentiators using market and competitor intelligence
  • Coordinate and participatein internal pursuit debriefs to capture lessons learned and improve processes
  • Independently managemid-level pursuits from start to finish, including kickoff coordination, timeline management, and rehearsal scheduling
  • Provide production supportto business development managers on large pursuits by attending meetings, creating presentation materials, and managing content revisions
  • Develop expertiseacross multiple business lines including tenant representation, industrial, agency leasing, property management and retail services
  • Maintain organized digital asset managementthrough business development file systems to enhance team efficiency and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding design and research departments, and coordinate subject matter expert involvement as needed

Education and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years of related experience in business development support or marketing; commercial real estate experience is a plus

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • Strong project management and organizational skillswith ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading abilitieswith keen attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skillswith ability to synthesize complex information
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Technology proficiencywith ability to quickly learn new platforms and tools

Estimated total compensation for this position:

69,000.00 - 79,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
