Manager, Client Operations - Coinbase and Athletic Greens
As the client operations manager on the Coinbase and Athletic Greens accounts, you will be a key member of the core account team - working directly with the clients and collaborating closely with planning and investment teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, ever-changing and exciting environment, as well as forging their own path and developing new processes as needed. Both Coinbase and Athletic Greens operate very much like a start-up - fun, creative, entrepreneurial, collaborative, but also working hard, fast and smart. The ideal candidate will be comfortable adapting quickly to client needs and thinking creatively to streamline workflows and navigate around potential roadblocks.
This role will be split 50/50 across Coinbase and Athletic Greens, with the following key responsibilities across the two accounts:
  • Manage all aspects of campaign implementation, including:
    • Manage communications of deliverables and deadlines for both Wavemaker and client-owned deliverables (including daily Hot List)
    • Work closely across all investment and relevant teams to foster excellence in implementation and delivery
      • Manage coordination with clients, creative partners, investment teams and 3rd party vendors as key POC
      • Oversee investment teams with related pre- and post- launch activity, including trafficking, asset delivery, launch confirmations, launch deck and post-launch follow-ups
      • Manage and develop processes to ensure timely response and delivery to all client requests (e.g. implementation calendar, other project management processes)
  • Support day-to-day management and communications between clients, internal teams, external partners (including DoorDash's creative agency) and their respective project needs as key POC
  • Communication areas include status updates, key deliverables, timelines, processes, and budget management
  • Manage coordination of meetings (internal and external)
  • Own all Finance-related activity, including:
  • Ensure all flowcharts, budget trackers, calendars, etc. are updated on an ongoing basis
  • Manage all financial processes related to media billing and invoicing
  • Manage ad-hoc requests for spend and data reporting
  • Work closely with WM and GroupM Finance on any financial workstreams
  • Continuously look for opportunities to develop and implement process improvements
  • Assist the Planning leads with day-to-day needs and ad-hoc requests
