Make your mark for patients

We are seeking a Business Enablement Lead who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and an effective communicator to join our US Epilepsy and Rare Syndromes team in Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; or Raleigh, NC.

About the role

The Business Enablement Lead will translate UCB strategies into operational plans for the US Epilepsy and Rare Syndromes team, ensuring clear communication between Headquarters, field leadership, local ecosystems, and Integrated Solutions Teams. This role develops strategic enablers, drives alignment, and serves as a liaison to ensure team success.

The Lead will enhance productivity and transparency by clarifying strategy, goals, expectations, and timelines; collecting and sharing insights across the organization; and managing projects that support regional sales teams. They will also oversee reporting, onboarding, and other operational needs in an agile environment.

What you'll do

  • Champion a culture of performance, accountability, and compliance across all levels
  • Foster communication and ownership of regional business strategies
  • Serve as a resource for ecosystem needs and enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Collect and disseminate data to track team performance
  • Monitor healthcare policy developments and assess local impact
  • Maintain knowledge of reporting systems and data integrity (Dynamic Targeting, NBA, CRM, MDM, View 360, etc.)
  • Lead project management for identified priorities
  • Communicate U.S. Epilepsy & Rare Syndromes strategies to leadership (e.g., annual planning, Town Halls)
  • Deliver regular sales performance reports with key insights and trends
  • Oversee field leadership onboarding
  • Facilitate transparent communication between internal and external teams
  • Report on collaborations, strategic needs, and progress
  • Act as talent liaison for objectives, MBOs, TOR, PACE, and performance processes
  • Support Business at Hand and PIM meetings for Sales and Ecosystem Heads

Minimum qualifications

  • 5+ years in healthcare (sales leadership, marketing, or field medical experience)
  • 2+ years leading, managing, and influencing teams

Preferred qualifications

  • Proven success leading multidisciplinary or matrixed teams
  • Knowledge of US healthcare delivery systems
  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence
  • Experience in business and tactical planning
  • Understanding of U.S. Epilepsy & Rare Syndromes G2M model
  • Strong ethical and compliance knowledge

This position's reasonably anticipated salary range is $148,000-194,300 annually. The actual salary offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
