Position Title: Administrative CoordinatorCompensation: $15.00 - 16.26Department: Transfer CenterStart Date: 09/29/2025About this opportunity: The Transfer Center Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our mission to serve transfer students and their families. This position manages the day-to-day operations of the Transfer Center, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for students, visitors, and staff. As the first point of contact, the Administrative Coordinator provides exceptional customer service, responds to inquiries, and coordinates office activities. They also provide direct administrative support to the Director, Senior Coordinator, and two Assistant Directors, assisting with scheduling, communications, and special projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, student-focused environment.Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship. What you'll do and what you'll bring: Position Function: Provide organizational, program, and administrative support related to activities and programs by the Transfer Center in identifying, recruiting, and enrolling transfer students; provide organizational and administrative support to the Director of the Transfer Center, Senior Transfer Coordinator and Transfer Recruiter and Advisors.
