As anIT Endpoint Support Analyst, you will provide technical support and lifecycle management for endpoint devices across the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting of devices for both on-site and remote users. We are seeking applicants with a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.

What you will be doing:

  • Configure, deploy, and manage Windows devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for endpoint-related issues including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals, both on-site and remotely.
  • Maintain endpoint security policies and compliance standards while monitoring device health, performance, and patch status.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to streamline device provisioning and enhance user onboarding experiences.
  • Document technical procedures, create knowledge base articles, and maintain support workflows.
  • Assist with asset tracking, inventory management, and lifecycle planning for endpoint devices.
  • Participate in IT projects related to endpoint management, upgrades, automation, and provide training and guidance to end users.

What you will likely bring:

  • 3+ years of applicable experience with demonstrated success in endpoint support and device management.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and modern device management practices, with proficiency in Windows OS deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 environments, and understanding of endpoint security principles including encryption and compliance.
  • Ability to support a hybrid workforce using remote desktop tools, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for user support and documentation, and effective time management in a dynamic environment.
  • Customer service mindset focused on user satisfaction, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
