Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with Operator 2, Sheeter, and production team to maintain efficient line operations and communicate dough conditions/quantity to supervisors
  • Stage and load dough onto sheeter line while monitoring dough flow and alerting leads to inconsistencies or defects
  • Maintain flour dusters, assist with proofer plate movement, and ensure workstations remain organized and safe
  • Set and monitor process control parameters, maintain accurate weight scales, and conduct regular quality control checks and weighing to meet specifications
  • Inspect equipment functionality and report malfunctions immediately; maintain accurate production and quality records
  • Follow SOP procedures and utilize Aspire AOE training with Centerline and CIL daily management systems
  • Participate in root cause analysis, daily area walks, and continuous improvement initiatives while training others on standard work procedures
  • Additional duties as assigned



Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 6 months as an Ingredient operator or related experience
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced production or packing environment is preferred.
  • Ability to understand and operate mixing process controls and makes adjustment when necessary.
  • Basic knowledge of dough mixing and operating mixing equipment
  • Ability to comprehend numbers and data
  • Ability to write clearly and legibly and possess basic effective verbal and written skills in English.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have the ability to work with computers and operating screens.



Shift: 2nd shift 2:00pm - 10:30pm ( Must be able to work weekends)

Hourly Rate: $20.00-$21.25
