We Make Life More Rewarding and Dignified Location: Libertyville Department: Summary: As Hollister continues its transformation toward a truly end-to-end, insight-driven supply chain, we are seeking a strategic and influential Senior Manager, Global Demand Planning & IBP to lead the global demand forecasting, business planning, and process governance functions across a $1.8B portfolio. This role is accountable for driving world-class demand forecasting performance, accelerating IBP process maturity, and enabling superior business outcomes through strategic alignment across Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership. You will lead global process governance for Demand Planning, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), and serve as a key advisor to Executive level stakeholders through the Executive S&OP forum. Responsibilities: Demand Planning Leadership
- Lead the global demand forecasting process across the Business Units and countries, integrating statistical modeling, commercial insights, and financial inputs into a unified, consensus-based demand plan.
- Champion data-driven decision-making by aligning forecast outputs to business levers: revenue, operations P&L, and cash flow.
- Drive forecast accuracy through segmentation, analytics, and continuous improvement tools.
- Own forecast governance routines at country, regional, and global levels, ensuring transparency and proactive course-correction.
IBP Process Leadership
- Strengthen and lead the global Integrated Business Planning process across all key steps: Demand Review, Supply Review, Product Portfolio Review, Integrated Reconciliation, and Executive S&OP.
- Govern the monthly IBP calendar, inputs, and outputs to ensure disciplined execution and consistent decision-making cadence.
- Maintain the integrity of the "one number plan" and drive alignment between commercial, supply chain, and finance stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product/Innovation teams.
- Act as a strategic partner to business unit leaders to ensure integration of long-term strategic initiatives into the planning process.
- Translate commercial opportunities and risks into actionable supply and operations strategies.
Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE)
- Lead the short-term execution process (S&OE) to address near-term demand/supply shifts and ensure agility.
- Coordinate with demand and supply planning teams to manage unplanned events, constraints, and service risks.
- Connect operational signals from S&OE into the mid-to-long-term IBP cycle
Performance Management & Insights
- Track and analyze key IBP KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Bias, Service Level, Plan Adherence, Financial Gap Closure).
- Provide dashboards and insight packs to support executive planning decisions.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in planning maturity.
Leadership & Change Management
- Manage and develop the performance of direct reports in line with system/ process strategy and business needs.
- Lead cross-functional and cross-regional IBP forums and governance councils.
- Build planning capabilities across the organization through training, coaching, and toolkits.
- Drive cultural change by embedding end-to-end planning mindsets and behaviors.
Work Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning
- 5+ years leading cross-functional planning processes in a matrixed, multinational environment
- 5+ years experience in managing teams / people management
- 5+ years experience with Demand planning
- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and sustaining IBP/S&OP processes
- Experience with global planning tools such as SAP IBP, APO, Kinaxis, etc.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field
- MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred
Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge:
- Strong business acumen across commercial, finance, and operations
- Skilled in scenario modeling, decision support, and stakeholder engagement
- Executive-level communication and facilitation skills
- Highly analytical and systems-oriented with strong Excel and dashboarding capabilities

- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $122,346 - $192,258 yearly. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.
