Description
The Resident Assistant (Caregiver or Nursing Assistant CNA) is responsible for providing personal care and delegated health-related services designed to maintain the resident's physical and emotional well-being. This position is responsible for following the service schedule for each resident and correctly documents services provided. There is no experience or certification needed for this role! We provide a robust onsite training program. About Us: Ecumen Prairie Hill and Ecumen Sand Prairie in St. Peter, MN, are hiring Resident Assistants to join our dedicated team. Sand Prairie offers 42 assisted living apartments, while Prairie Hill includes 43 independent and assisted living homes, plus 20 memory care residences. Join us in making a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults. Schedule: Full-Time Evening Shift. 2-10:15p. Every 3rd weekend and every other holiday rotation. Pay: The targeted pay range for this job is $19.00 - $22.00 per hour.
