MIMO and Operations Specialist

As a MIMO and Operations Specialist, you will be a vital part of our Regional Operations team, responsible for coordinating the movement of materials and equipment in and out of customer sites. You'll ensure dock operations run smoothly, maintain inventory accuracy, and provide full traceability of all materials between customer locations and temporary warehouses.

This role supports a broad team of engineers, logisticians, project managers, and technical experts, helping deliver critical systems and materials to field operations. Your contributions will drive operational efficiency and support the innovation that moves our industry forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute pre- and post-dock agendas within defined timelines.

  • Manage dock-related activities, ensuring efficient handling of company equipment and materials.

  • Support material handling operations and assist with transportation scheduling.

  • Proactively escalate issues related to dock operations and logistics.

  • Collaborate with central program teams to identify and implement process improvements.

  • Coordinate material movement planning with project teams.

  • Ensure compliance with customer housekeeping and site-specific requirements.

  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture by adhering to PPE protocols and encouraging safe practices.

  • Communicate clearly and effectively-both in writing and verbally-with internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Analyze operational data and logistics performance, and clearly communicate findings and recommendations.

  • Generate operational reports to track performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.

  • Calculate material aging and monitor inventory turnover to ensure timely movement and minimize obsolescence.

  • Extract and interpret data from SAP and other ERP systems to support logistics planning and reporting.

  • Use Microsoft Excel to build and present performance metrics, dashboards, and visualizations.

  • Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations to communicate operational insights and updates.

  • Utilize Power BI (preferred) to develop interactive reports and dashboards.

Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a logistics, warehouse, or supply chain environment.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) is a plus.

Preferred Skills and Attributes
  • Experience in cleanroom or semiconductor environments is advantageous.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.

  • Ability to generate and communicate operational performance reports.

  • Familiarity with material aging calculations and inventory analysis.

  • Positive, safety-first attitude with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Additional Information
  • Location: Phoenix, AZ

  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Physical Requirements
  • Regularly required to sit, walk, talk, hear, and use hands for various tasks.

  • Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and lift up to 20 pounds.

  • Visual requirements include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
