JOB SUMMARY:

Provide support to day-today operations vis proper weigh master deputy functions for all incoming and outgoing materials.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

1. Weigh inbound and outbound trucks.
2. Manage and issue scale tickets and associated paperwork for all operations.
3. Run product reports at end of each day to verify tonnage or weight tickets issued.
4. Measure and track material inventories.
5. Inspect drivers for proper PPE.
6. Conduct daily inspections of all trucks prior to leaving site for proper tarping and truck cleanliness.
7. Properly train all drivers of EMS roles and provide training.
8. Maintain material inspection logs.
9. Other tasks as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

1. Excellent communication skills and can communicate with all positions of the workforce.
2. Exhibit honesty and trustworthiness.
3. Ability to perform processing tasks using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
4. Operate all equipment in a safe manner.
5. Ability to perform basic math.
6. Efficiently operate and use a smart phone.
7. Mechanical and electrical aptitude.

Education and Experience:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
2. Valid Drivers' License and Reliable Transportation.
3. 1-3 years' experience working in an industrial work environment.
4. Prior weigh scale experience a plus.
