CHHS). The Applied Learning Operations unit for
CHHS fosters collaborative, team-oriented partnerships with faculty, staff, and community partners, and identifies and implements policies and processes, using technology and problem-solving, to streamline applied learning experiences that adhere to designated program, University, and professional standards as needed. |

Brief Summary of Work for this Position |
- The position manages and implements the processes and procedures for the applied learning field placement of College of Health and Human Services students.
- Creates and maintains databases and records and develops reports for the faculty and administrators overseeing field placements.
- Reviews clinical/field/internship contracts and memoranda of understanding, providing recommendations to General Counsel, faculty coordinators, and the CHHS Dean's office.
- Interacts and maintains positive, service-oriented relationships with a variety of campus constituents to resolve issues and implement processes.
- Recommends and assists with implementing activities to meet goals and objectives.
- Assists in establishing and implementing unit policies and procedures.
- Creates and maintains documentation related to job-specific duties and standard operating procedures.
- Stays up-to-date on software solutions for day-to-day operations, site onboarding needs, and stakeholder requests.
- Assists faculty and students with onboarding process for clinical placements, including deadlines and communication of processes.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements |
Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Preferred education, professional skills and experience |
- Experience in a College environment within a University.
- Experience facilitating and supervising internships, clinical experiences, and field placements, and work with related policies and procedures.
- Experience in a customer-focused position.
- Experience in databases/learning management systems.
- Ability to learn and utilize numerous software solutions.
- Uses strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively and efficiently to various audiences.
- Ability to independently solve problems, prioritize, execute multiple projects simultaneously and de-escalate high-stress situations.
- Ability to be team-oriented and adaptable.
- Excellent attention to detail.
