We're seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a proven track record of implementing CRM and ERP platforms from the ground up. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring our systems are optimized, adopted, and aligned with our growth goals.

This is not just a "maintenance" role-you'll be rolling up your sleeves to lead new implementations, integrations, and process improvements that have an immediate impact across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service.

What You'll Do



  • Lead end-to-end CRM and ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, integrations, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system solutions and clearly document workflows, user stories, and technical requirements.
  • Drive adoption by delivering hands-on end-user training, producing clear documentation, and managing change with empathy and persistence.
  • Manage data migration, UAT, and system enhancements to ensure smooth rollouts.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify continuous improvement opportunities.


What We're Looking For



  • 3+ years in a Business Systems Analyst or Implementation Analyst role.
  • Direct, full-cycle CRM/ERP implementation experience-from blank slate to successful launch.
  • Expertise in one or more platforms: Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, NetSuite, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of workflows in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and/or Operations.
  • Excellent communication skills-able to work with both technical teams and non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
