Recruiting Sourcer

Partner with talent acquisition teams to source and recruit top talent to meet the companies growing and evolving organizational needs. Employ proactive recruitment strategies, mining for talent to create pipelines of qualified candidates in multiple geographic areas that meet the workforce planning needs.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Recruiting Sourcer: Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Recruiting Sourcer Responsibilities Include:

  • Engage with active and passive candidates via professional networks and online platforms.
  • Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to understand job requirements and identify ideal candidates.
  • Use data, market research, and sourcing analytics to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Foster partnerships with online groups and professional organizations to expand talent reach.
  • Leverage technology to identify, communicate with, and track potential candidates.
  • Perform administrative and compliance tasks related to job postings and candidate records.
  • Track candidate progress and practice timely follow up with recruiter and candidates.
  • Stay current with industry trends through ongoing learning and networking.

Recruiting Sourcer Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

  • Bachelors degree preferred and 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

  • Proven expertise in high-volume and surge recruiting.

  • Skilled in creative sourcing methods (e.g., Boolean search, passive outreach, referrals).

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and online recruiting platforms.

  • Strong understanding of HR practices and compliance (EEO, ADA, AAP/OFCCP).

  • Advanced ability to source hard-to-find candidates using innovative tech solutions.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Highly organized, strategic, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong collaboration and multitasking abilities.
