We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join the App Agents team within Power Apps. This team will build Agents and services that enable near real-time insights and agentic assistance across model-driven apps. You'll work on highly scalable systems that empower makers to build intelligent agents per app, transforming how users interact with data and automation. ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include: Architect and develop scalable microservices, agents and SDKs that power agentic experiences in business apps. Lead technical design and implementation of existing and new features. Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists and partner teams to deliver high-impact solutions with high-reliability. Lead innovation in low-code and pro-code extensibility, enabling makers to build custom agents with ease. Lead users from an autonomy scale of 1 to 10 and maximize end-user productivity. Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a high-performing and inclusive team culture. Ensure security, compliance, and performance across all service components. Continuously improve developer experience and platform capabilities through experimentation and feedback loops. | |
