Analytic Tradecraft Compliance Specialist (SME)

As an Analytic Tradecraft Compliance Specialist, you'll ensure the highest standards of analytic rigor across intelligence products. Your work will safeguard the credibility of the intelligence process by evaluating reports against IC Analytic Standards (ICD 203) and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

Review and evaluate intelligence products for compliance with IC standards.
• Develop metrics and self-assessment measures to enhance quality and reduce bias.
• Identify strengths, weaknesses, and trends in analytic tradecraft.
• Deliver findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Support the government in refining evaluation methods to ensure consistent, reliable assessments.

• 20+ years of relevant intelligence analysis experience (with recent experience).
• Master's degree in a related discipline.
• Active TS/SCI clearance (CI Poly eligibility).
• Strong knowledge of IC Analytic Standards and evaluation processes.
