Aerobraze, a division of Wall Colmonoy manufactures turbine engine components like turbine nozzles, turbine vanes, complete turbine engines (both manufacturing and repair), diffusers, honeycomb seals and segments, heat shields, and parts for various turbomachinery.

Our 90,000-square foot facility located in Cincinnati, Ohio houses a dedicated team of 50+ highly skilled professionals and constantly expands its production capabilities. Our products are globally shipped to customers far and wide.

The Engineering Technician supports engineering and manufacturing operations by performing technical tasks related to the development, testing, and production of aerospace components. This role works closely with engineers to ensure product quality, improve processes, and maintain technical documentation.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Assist engineers in the design, testing, and modification of aerospace components and tooling.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to support production and quality assurance.
  • Set up and operate a variety of test equipment to evaluate product performance.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and provide feedback to the engineering team.
  • Record and analyze data from tests and production processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and technical records.
  • Assist in the development of work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, safety, and efficiency.



Qualifications and Experience

  • Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or machining environment, preferably aerospace.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency with measurement tools and basic testing equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CAD software and basic computer applications (Excel, Word).
