Description
The Manager, Talent Acquisition will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding. The Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing a high performing team of Talent Acquisition Consultants. In addition, the Manager will develop and maintain analytics for the department holding the TA Consultants to a high level of accountability in accordance with established metrics and standards for providing a superior level of service to both candidates and their hiring managers. The Manager is also responsible for overseeing the administration of the Applicant Tracking System and to help train end users. This position plays a key role in ensuring that the TA team maintains a customer-centric focus providing candidates and managers with a seamless and high quality candidate and manager experience. This role will also be responsible for managing some Executive level searches in addition to other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree Business, Human Resources or related degree (Required) Minimum Work Experience 5 years Recruiting and/or HR experience, healthcare experience preferred preferably in Healthcare (Required) 1 year Management/supervisory/lead experience of a minimum of 2 (or more) people (Required) Required Skills/Knowledge Ability to oversee and lead a highly accountable and high functioning team Adherence to high quality standards, detail orientation and customer satisfaction Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects, working effectively under pressure and with shifting priorities in a highly complex environment Comfort with dealing with ambiguity, making assumptions and drawing conclusions Creative problem solving, systems thinking, resourcefulness and curiosity to explore new and innovative solutions Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to translate complex processes and information into easily understandable terms Ability to present data in a way that tells a meaningful story and is professionally pleasing to the eye Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to forge and maintain strong relations internally and externally Advanced knowledge and capabilities with the Microsoft Office Suite Ability to effectively lead, develop employees and manage performance Above average organizational skills Functional Accountabilities Analytics
