We're actively seeking a talented Sr Real Estate Portfolio Operations Oversight Analyst II to join our Real Estate Servicing Team in Newport Beach, CA.
As a Sr RE Portfolio Operations Oversight Analyst II you'll support the Real Estate Servicing team by providing oversight of Pacific Life loans and third party originated programs. You will fill a new role that sits on a team of 20 people in the Investments division.
How you'll help move us forward:
Develop and oversee strong working relationships with stakeholder groups. Perform a comprehensive compliance audit by reviewing and interpreting mortgage loan documents against relevant data ticklers, entered into the Enterprise mortgage loan servicing system ("MLSS"), across the REI asset management area to ensure Pacific Life is providing proper and accurate servicing of each mortgage loan. Periodic management reporting as to performance of the loan portfolio's loan ticklers. Support of audit and compliance program requirements. Provide superior customer service to internal/external parties. Facilitate and document the closing to servicing "hand off" meetings to ensure transfer of loan specific follow up items. Work effectively with the portfolio operations team and third-party client(s), to obtain and review required reporting, intelligence, analysis and guidance in connection with all 3rd party mortgage loan programs. Perform Third Party compliance reviews by directly handling accountability of third-party programs. Lead role in performing analysis of third-party servicer's performance and identifying concerns. Provide support and expertise to the Real Estate Servicing team.
The experience you bring:
4-year college degree with emphasis in Business, Finance or Real Estate (MBA strongly preferred) or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of real estate commercial loan servicing experience. High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; Argus a plus Excellent organizational, and communication skills, both verbal and written Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness is a must Team Player with collaborative and strong relationship building skills Ability to work independently and in a way that reflects the company's culture and core values Skilled at developing and maintaining personal, social and business relationships representing Pacific Life in a professional manner Willingness to travel as needed

The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
