Description
The Project Coordinator supports the Sales and Install Manager that leads staff members who installheating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment in commercial and residential buildings.This position routinely works directly with the sales and the install team to ensure customer satisfactionwhile meeting departmental goals and objectives. Presenting himself or herself as a senior companyrepresentative, the Project Coordinator often communicates directly with customers, vendors, andsuppliers while updating internal staff to ensure accurate communication of job or project status andrequirements. Responsibilities: * Schedules, directs, and provides project support for HVAC technicians to meet service demands and customers' expectations. * Pull and close all project permits in a timely and compliant manner. * Prepare submittal packages for client and general contractor approval. * Develop and manage the schedule of values to support project billing and financial tracking. * Prepare all close-out documents, including O&M manuals, warranties, and final compliance paperwork. * Release materials to purchased based on project timelines and approved submittals. * Coordinate the delivery and staging of materials at the job site. * Register equipment warranties, including Mitsubishi and JB warranties, to ensure client protection and manufacturer compliance. * Manage project billing, including the submission of pay applications, tracking change orders, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. * Take full ownership of each assigned project, from start to finish, ensuring coordination among all stakeholders. * Generate daily invoices from completed Projects and Progress Billing (AIA). * Specifies and makes sure that the required parts are ordered in a timely fashion to ensure work deadlines are met. * Verify incoming shipments, audit received goods for accuracy, communicate with the correct Technicians about items received, and maintain a clean, organized receiving area.* Ensures that all company/department policies are being followed by all HVAC technicians. Qualifications
*Excellent customer service -* Excellent communication skills.
