The Network Development Director - West BC is responsible for leading Network Development strategy and implementation for the West Business Center located in California, Arizona, and Colorado. The selected candidate must reside in one of these 3 states.

The Network Development Director - West BC will lead analysis of the regional dealer development opportunities and implement effective strategies that ensure proper brand representation in required retail markets. This candidate will lead implementation of new franchise agreements to ensure all required documents are complete and accurate. This candidate will proactively work with the dealer operators to develop retail sales and after-sales performance.

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or similar discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in automotive OEM sales or network development
  • Must reside in California, Colorado, or Arizona
  • Proven ability to deliver premier dealers in planned markets and identify desirable dealer investors
  • Strong background in franchise network aspect of the auto industry, retail dealer operations and dealer financials
  • Understand franchise law and terminology, lease/purchase sales agreements and realty functions
  • Proven skills to analyze dealer representation in the marketplace
  • Possess a strong portfolio of dealer relationships
  • Partner with dealers on performance metrics such as profitability, sales and dealer standards
  • Creatively think to build the network, develop sound network market proposals, strong dealer negotiation abilities and follow through to execution
  • Strong leadership and communications skills (written and verbal)
  • Detail oriented with excellent project management and organizational skill set
  • Advance working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing or similar discipline
  • Bring creative ideas, solutions and translate them into actions
  • Network development experience with other automotive OEM's
  • Show intensity and commitment in daily activities
  • Work towards a personal "Best in Class" standard
