We are currently hiring a Customer Service Expeditor.

Location: Columbia, IL

Shift: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm

What you'll do:

• Communicate with Lab personnel on job status, estimated time of arrivals, etc.
• Allow jobs to be put on hold as requested.
• Work late order report and problem order report.
• Work with Lab to walk through high priority jobs
• Get jobs stopped / picked up for changes to be made.
• Watch for time sensitive jobs and accounts and follow up to make sure jobs ship.
• Change orders in systems as required by Customer Service.
• Ship specialty account jobs (i.e. Glasses USA, US Vision, etc.)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in a pre-production role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
