Leach Theatre

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the Campus Performing Arts Series which includes surveys, selecting, marketing, booking, and contracting CPAS and other events
  • Responsible for hospitality for contracted artists such as hotel and transportation logistics and catering
  • Coordinate and create marketing initiatives for other non-CPAS Leach Performances to attract students and community patrons for increased revenue and participation
  • General marketing and communication to promote the visibility of Leach Theatre and events being held there
  • Provide event support which includes approving Leach Reservations, assisting in large-scale event planning, staff logistics, and box office management
  • Supervise student staff for box office, ushers, and volunteers
  • Box office administrator that oversees contracted services with ticket software, following university cash handling policies and credit card merchant policies
Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

Project management, strong organizational and communication skills.

Anticipated Hiring Range

The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $52,916 annually.

Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
