We are looking for a highly strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager for the Corporates Product Marketing team, focusing on ourCorporates Tax & Trade - ONESOURCE portfolio. This role will include leading analytical functions and drive the ONESOURCE cross-portfolio positioning, strategy and initiatives for the cross-sell & up-sell sales motions. You will lead key growth initiatives across the team, by leveraging tools (including AI tools) to execute leadership priorities including Win/Loss, customer advocacy, VOC/VOS as well as key customer, market and competitive insights gathering. You will also aid in the development of executive communication, including tracking and presenting key product marketing KPIs across the team.

About the Role:

In this opportunity as Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Drive Market & Competitive Intelligence and Analytics:

  • Lead a team of analysts to drive robust sales analytics, in-depth market research, comprehensive competitive and market analysis, and insightful Voice of the Customer (VOC) analysis.

  • Drive continuous market research and customer feedback analysis to identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive threats, influencing product roadmap decisions.

  • Define and develop compelling value propositions and messaging based on market research, solution offerings, and by interpreting and translating customer needs.

  • Ensure Operational Excellence & Standardization:

  • Drive standardization of deliverables such as Bill of Materials (BOM), customer advocacy programs & steering committees, and customer Voice of the Customer (VOC) collection processes across the portfolio of Corporates Tax & Trade

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for product marketing initiatives and the product marketing team's performance, regularly reporting performance metrics to executive leadership.

  • Identify new opportunities for business growth (e.g., combined propositions with other solutions, expansion into new territories, partnerships, etc.), lead market analysis, business case, and 'go-to-market' programs.

  • Develop High-Impact Executive Readouts & Dashboards:

  • Lead the creation and delivery of high-impact executive presentations and performance dashboards, clearly articulating key insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to leadership.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for product marketing initiatives and the product marketing team's performance, regularly reporting performance metrics to executive leadership

  • Lead Strategic ONESOURCE portfolio Initiatives:

  • Champion new business growth opportunities by leveraging market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to identify, analyze, and build compelling business cases for combined propositions, new market entries, or strategic partnerships that maximize the impact of the ONESOURCE portfolio.

  • Drive strategic planning efforts for the ONESOURCE portfolio, translating complex analytical insights into clear, actionable strategic imperatives and recommendations for long-term growth, market leadership, and competitive differentiation.

  • Oversee and optimize the strategic alignment of product marketing efforts across diverse ONESOURCE solutions, ensuring a cohesive and unified value proposition that resonates with customers and accelerates business objectives.

About You

You're a fit for the role of Senior Product Marketing Manager, if your background includes:

  • Experience:

  • 5+ years of progressive B2B experience, preferably in the Tax & Trade, FinTech, or Corporate Services space.

  • Proven experience leading or managing analytical teams, specifically in sales analytics, market research, competitive intelligence, and/or VOC analysis.

  • Demonstrated track record of driving operational excellence and standardization in marketing deliverables (e.g., BOMs, customer advocacy programs, VOC collection).

  • Extensive project management experience, particularly in leading complex, cross-portfolio marketing initiatives and messaging projects for sales motions.

  • Proven success in developing and delivering high-impact executive presentations and performance dashboards, translating complex data into actionable insights.

  • Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies across segments, regions, and partners.

  • Skills & Attributes:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to message complex solutions simply and effectively for diverse audiences, including senior leadership.

  • Advanced experience using AI tools (example: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, Llama or similar) to drive productivity and work efficiency

  • Advanced analytical and strategic thinking, capable of extracting insights from data and formulating compelling narratives.

  • Superior project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive complex initiatives to completion.

  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, adept at guiding and aligning cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed organization.

  • Data-driven decision-maker with a track record of impactful and engagement-generating product marketing programs and campaigns.

  • A proactive and curious mindset, continuously seeking learning opportunities and process improvements.

  • A desire to be part of a highly collaborative, fun, and focused team.

  • Education:

  • Bachelor's (or equivalent) required with a concentration in Finance, Analytics, Marketing or a related field strongly preferred.

Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and/or Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $114,520 - $212,680.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $99,400 - $184,600.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
